Things You Need to Know

Home Sweet Skin was created with one goal in mind: giving customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Home Sweet Skin conducts business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!

Exchanges:

All sales can be EXCHANGED only if the product(s) have NOT BEEN opened and/or used.  Please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping costs required to mail your replacement product.  Home Sweet Skin will not absorb that cost. Also, any damages occurred during shipment/delivery do not warrant an EXCHANGE OR REFUND.  All products are always intact and properly packaged before shipment.

Refunds:

If you require a REFUND, please email me homesweetskin@gmail.com or via the Contact tab and I can gladly address your issue and how to fulfill you refund request efficiently and swiftly.

Due to HYGIENIC REASONS, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a replacement, I will gladly replace your product with a new one; no need to return your current purchase :)

If you are PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING, please contact your Healthcare Provider before purchasing to inquire if all of the natural ingredients used in all products are safe to use.

Please be advised that all products are NOT advertised to HEAL any existing skin conditions or aliments but rather HELP IMPROVE & CONTRIBUTE to your healthy skincare journey!
